Drainage and Grading Plans for Homes
Water is the most common problem on home lots. It ponds by the foundation, runs into the crawlspace, or comes over from the neighbor's yard. Or the city wants a grading plan before you build.
Fixing a wet yard or crawlspace
We visit, see where the water comes from and where it goes, and design a fix: regrading so the ground slopes away, footing and curtain drains, downspouts to a drywell, or swales around the house. You get a simple plan your contractor can build from.
Grading plans for permit
Many cities want a grading permit once you move enough dirt. The plan shows existing and new ground, cut and fill, slopes, small walls, and drainage. We build it from your survey, and tell you what to order if you don't have one.
Driveways and yard slopes
