Foundation Engineering and Repair Design
A crack in the foundation. A door that suddenly sticks. A floor that slopes toward the middle of the house. Some of it is cosmetic; some is settlement that needs work. We give you an independent opinion and design the repair if you need one. We don't sell repair work.
What we look at
Cracks in stem walls, footings, basement walls or slabs; sloped or bouncy floors; shifted or rotted crawlspace posts; and foundations hurt by water or trees.
What you get
A site visit (verbal or written report), stamped repair details for permit, and answers to the plan reviewer.
Pricing
Defined repair designs get a clear fixed price once we see the site. Code, red-tag and open-ended work starts with a short hourly agreement.
