We come out, look, and explain what it means in plain words. Good if you're buying, selling, or remodeling and want an engineer's opinion. We're based in Sumner and serve homes across Pierce and King County.

Verbal visit: we walk the accessible areas, look, and talk through what we see and your options on site. Up to an hour.

Visit with written report: same visit, plus a PDF report in 3 to 5 business days. Good for buyers, sellers, lenders, and your records.

Visits are visual and non-destructive. No invasive or load testing. We don't go into crawlspaces, attics, or spots that need climbing. Farther locations add a travel charge, and island sites add a ferry charge.

Buying a house? Ask about a pre-purchase structural visit. Need repair drawings afterward? We can do stamped repair details as a follow-on project.
