Civil Site Plans for New Homes and ADUs
A new house or ADU needs more than a floor plan. The city wants to see how it fits the lot: the driveway, the sewer and water hookups, and where the stormwater goes.
What's on it
Utilities from the house to the street (sewer, water, storm), driveway location, grade and road connection, plus grading, drainage, stormwater and erosion control.
Utilities, septic and wells
Each sewer and water provider has its own rules, so we check hookup locations and depths to match what they'll approve. Septic design comes from a licensed septic designer through the county; we coordinate so the house, driveway and drainage stay clear of the drainfield.
One office for the whole set
Many clients need civil and structural on the same house. We do both. Send the address and any survey or plans; a defined home site plan gets a clear fixed price.
